Anyone choosing an AI operator today is not only deciding on functionality, but also submitting to a new institutional order \u2013 with long-term binding effects. This is because governance architectures cannot simply be exchanged. They shape data flows, access rights, model decisions \u2013 and thus the foundation of corporate management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Opportunities for partners: New business models instead of old T&M<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      A new playing field is opening up for partners of AI operators. The classic logic of time & material \u2013 selling hours, handling projects \u2013 has fallen short. AI governance requires different models.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Power in organizations is shifting \u2013 from hierarchies to platforms to governance systems. AI operators are the new constitutional authorities of the economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      For entrepreneurs, this means that those who choose an operator are rewriting the constitution of their organization. This is not a tool decision, but a decision about freedom of action and future viability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
